90,000 square foot roof replacement for all campus facilities and off-campus Parsonage. Materials include Duro-Last roofing system for flat roof replacement and composition shingles for pitched and mansard structures.

Replacement or repair of the following:

  • Damages to the interior to include flooring, drywall, insulation, suspended ceiling, texture, and paint.
  • Rooftop HVAC units
  • EIFS exterior finish
  • Damages to exterior including paint, guttering, fascia, soffit, and trim
  • Main electrical panel
  • Leaded glass, protective coating for stained glass

Remodel of the following:

  • Sanctuary remodel to include removal of decorative wood, drywall, texture, and paint
  • Replace tile on north wall in decorative cross
