We have not had to use Graco for any repairs, (yet) but I am BEYOND impressed with this business to this point. They... did an initial inspection and showed up precisely on time, they also texted to confirm appt and called when on the way! We are dealing with a difficult homeowners insurance claim with hail damage. Graco arranged to have their representatives here while the inspector did inspection. Insurance is fighting the claim and Graco came out and took additional pictures.We will be using Graco without hesitation. This kind of care and professionalism are almost non existent. Having grown up with a father that was a general contractor, who took great pride in being dependable, honest and professional with his clients, I have become so frustrated with contractor services we have used over the last few years as they do not uphold these same values. Graco is VERY different, thankfully. Will update when we use Graco as I am sure we will! Special shout out to Joseph as he has gone above and beyond and even returned messages on the weekend.read more

They are a wonderful business to have working on your home and they did everything in a timely manner and quite... quickly. I was very surprised when they started at 8am and finished at 4pm. They cleaned up very well and had smiles on their faces. I very much enjoyed having them come work on my roof. Thank you for being professional and doing a wonderful job! Very much would recommend them to anyone that needs a roof fixed or repaired!read more

Xavier was polite, professional and punctual. Mike was equally so with experience to determine best products and means... to repair persistent leak. Haven’t had good rain yet to see if we got it resolved, but certain when we do and IF we have the need, Graco will honor their work w/ honest judgement, great value. and quality work!! So refreshing! Xavier Stockard is an excellent representative. He was polite, professional and detailed oriented. He listened... patiently as I explained my concerns. Xavier kept me "in the loop" as he thoroughly inspected my roof and guttering, explaining what he was checking during his inspection. He never "guessed" answers, instead reassuring me that he would check with his project manager. Xavier Stockard is an excellent example of how successful businesses of today should operate.read more

I have used Graco Roofing and Construction for two different house roof replacements. They did an excellent job and... the work was done in a timely and professional manner. In both cases, Doug Gray worked with our insurance company to make sure we received the coverage that was provided.I also used Graco Roofing and Construction (Doug Gray) as our general contractor on our house when we had a fire caused by a lighting strike that caused lots of damage to our upper floor. With Doug’s extensive experience in construction, our house was put back together in amazing time while still maintaining high a quality work.I would also mention that the staff at Graco (Caitlin & Reagan) were always helpful and made the rebuilding of our home so much smoother.Recommending Graco Roofing and Construction for any construction need is easy for me to do…..They are the best !read more

I am so grateful for Graco Construction, I had a plumbing issue that went into the air ducts during Christmas time. I... contacted Graco as they have done work for me in the past, the day after Christmas his crew were at my house. The insurance adjuster had been there & I was advised I would have to leave my home as the repairs were finished. Graco Construction handled everything, down to the insurance company, this was such a blessing as insurance companies confuse me. Thank goodness for Graco Construction, My home looks fabulous. You can’t even tell it was a construction sight & they dug 8 feet down to repair the pipes. I Highly recommend!!read more

We used Graco Roofing and Construction to replacement our roof as well as to extend the roof-line over an expanded... patio addition. The Graco team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled.For the roof replacement Doug Gray worked with my insurance company and made sure all items were covered including some additional work to make sure I was up to current code (items I would have not known about and my insurance company did not mention).Doug was equally attentive when we wanted to extend the roof-line for a larger patio. He met with us, listened to our vision, and discussed ways to accomplish the project within the budget we had set.
